Children's Day Celebration 2024
November 14th, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, is celebrated as Children's Day across India. At AMPSSS, we made this day extra special for our young learners with a variety of exciting activities and performances.
Special Assembly
The day began with a special assembly where teachers performed cultural programs for students - a role reversal that the children thoroughly enjoyed! The performances included skits, dances, and a hilarious mimicry show by our faculty members.
Fun Activities
The entire school was transformed into a carnival with various activity stations:
- Game Zone: Musical chairs, treasure hunt, and obstacle races
- Art Corner: Face painting, craft activities, and pottery
- Food Stalls: Delicious treats including ice cream, popcorn, and cotton candy
- Magic Show: A professional magician entertained students with amazing tricks
- Bouncy Castle: For primary section students
Talent Show
A platform was provided for students to showcase their talents. We witnessed amazing singing, dancing, storytelling, and stand-up comedy performances by our budding artists.
Movie Screening
Senior students enjoyed a special movie screening in the auditorium with popcorn and cold drinks. The animated film taught valuable lessons about friendship and perseverance.
Gifts and Surprises
Every student received a special gift bag containing chocolates, stationery, and a book. The joy on their faces was priceless!
