Arun Modern Public Sr. Sec. School was founded in 1995 with a vision to provide quality education that would shape the future of young minds. What started as a small institution with just 50 students has grown into one of the most respected educational institutions in the region.
Our founder, Dr. Arun Kumar, believed that education should go beyond textbooks. With this philosophy, he established a school that focuses on holistic development, combining academic excellence with character building, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Foundation and Early Years
Arun Modern Public School was established in the year 1995 with a clear vision of providing quality education rooted in strong moral values and academic discipline. The school began its journey with a modest setup, a small group of dedicated teachers, and a limited number of students. Despite limited resources, the institution focused on building a strong educational foundation based on sincerity, commitment, and student-centered learning.
During these initial years, the school gained recognition for its disciplined environment, caring faculty, and emphasis on basic academic skills. The trust and support of parents played a crucial role in shaping the school’s early success.
Growth and Academic Strengthening
Between 2001 and 2005, Arun Modern Public School experienced steady growth in student enrollment and academic performance. New classrooms were added, and the curriculum was strengthened to meet modern educational standards. The school introduced structured teaching methods, regular assessments, and activity-based learning to improve student understanding.
This phase marked the beginning of co-curricular activities alongside academics, encouraging students to participate in cultural programs, debates, and sports events.
Infrastructure Development and Modernization
From 2006 to 2010, the school focused on upgrading its infrastructure and facilities. Well-ventilated classrooms, science laboratories, and a library were developed to support effective learning. The introduction of basic computer education marked a major step toward modern education.
Teacher training programs were initiated to enhance teaching quality and adopt innovative teaching practices. During this period, Arun Modern Public School strengthened its reputation as a disciplined and academically focused institution.
Expanding Horizons and Holistic Education
The years 2011 to 2015 were dedicated to holistic student development. Along with academics, the school placed greater emphasis on personality development, communication skills, and moral education. Sports and physical education programs were expanded to promote fitness and teamwork.
The school also improved parent–teacher interaction, ensuring transparent communication and collaborative student growth. These efforts helped students achieve consistent academic results and overall confidence.
Academic Excellence and Digital Advancement
Between 2016 and 2020, Arun Modern Public School embraced digital learning and modern educational tools. Smart classrooms, audio-visual teaching aids, and updated computer facilities were introduced to enhance classroom engagement.
The school strengthened its examination preparation strategies, resulting in improved academic outcomes. Special attention was given to career guidance, competitive exam awareness, and student counseling to prepare learners for future challenges.
Resilience and Adaptation
The period of 2021 to 2022 tested the resilience of the school during challenging times. Arun Modern Public School successfully adapted to new learning methods by implementing online and blended learning systems. Teachers and students worked together to ensure uninterrupted education through digital platforms.
